Our first duo album in 8 years features a well-rounded mix of American and Irish Folk-Punk. This album shows the roots of the band with American depression-era songs like Beans, Bacon & Gravy and Penny's Farm; Irish favorites like Dirty Old Town and I'll Tell Me Ma. Also featuring a few cover songs from those who've influenced their music like Woody Guthrie, Billy Bragg and Motorhead.
Hard Time in the Country shows who The Langer's Ball are, with a wide range of ballads, rock music, both modern and traditional songs... and of course another original drinking song.
